1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
